Delivery
We are happy to provide a FREE express delivery service for any order over £75 (UK Mainland only). Any order under £75 will be charged at a standard rate of £4.95 (UK mainland). All orders received will be processed by the next working day and will be delivered once all funds have cleared, provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
Orders outside UK Mainland
Independence Mobility welcomes orders outside UK mainland, however deliveries of all sizes will incur a postage and packaging charge. This will be informed to the customer before the dispatch of goods.
Delivery Time
Delivery is usually within ten working days from the date of order, but should you require it sooner, let us know and we will make every effort to try and get it there.
- Small Products
Small products will be sent directly to you either through the mail or with a Courier service and will require a signature to accept.
- Large Products
We offer 2 delivery services for our large products. The first is a FREE courier service in which products will be dropped off at the delivery address given by the customer. If you are unable to check items immediately please make sure you mark the delivery note as unchecked this is to ensure damaged items can be covered under our insurance or the courier companys insurance.
The second delivery option will include delivery, set up and demonstraion of your new purchase. Products will be brought directly to your door by one of our friendly technicians who will show you how to use your machine and go through any questions you might have. If you are unsure how to use your new purchase or you are unable to set it up without help we would strongley advise that you purchase the Premium Delivery Service during checkout.
An extra £70 will be charged for this service. Customers will be expected to pay for this before dispatch of their purchase.
We take pride in caring for our customers and feel this is both essential and adds a personal and friendly touch to our service.
Inspection of Goods
As part of the conditions of sale, customers are required to inspect all goods on receipt and are to annotate the Couriers documentation with details of damage to either the packaging or the goods themselves. Where this is not done, and the Courier subsequently disputes liability, then Independence Mobility will not be responsible for the costs associated with repair or replacement.
In all cases, damage to goods must be reported to Independence Mobility within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
