Payment
All prices advertised on the website are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the delivery charge (if applicable), plus VAT if you are not exempt (see FAQs). All these will be set out clearly in the Checkout before you submit your order.
To order any of our products, you can use our online secure shopping basket or, if you prefer, you may call one of our sales team on 0800 169 2844. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
Finance
We are able to offer most of our products on finance starting from £7 per week. This includes finance through High Rate Disability Living allowance. Finance is available subject to status, please email your requests to finance@independencemobility.co.uk or call 0800 169 2844 and we will get back to you regarding your eligibility.
Cheque, Bankers Draft or Postal Order
Should you wish to pay by cheque, bankers draft or postal order, cleared funds must be lodged in our account prior to the dispatch of the goods. For assistance please email enquiries@independencemobility.co.uk or call 0800 169 2844.
