Waterproof Cape

A roomy hooded overall that's quick and easy to put on and take off. The lightweight and compact cape can be stored away in its own handy bag. The coverall has a simple velcro brand hook and loop closure under the wrists if required. Can be kept hanging on the wheelchair.
