These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

We may need to alter these terms and conditions at any time.  Any changes will occur on the date they are posted onto the site. 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect our statutory rights.

 

Our Contract
When you order online, through our website independencemobility.co.uk we will give you an order reference number and details of the products you have ordered by email. Please print a copy of these details for your records, as this is confirmation and acknowledgement of your order.

Independence Mobility will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, the supplier will inform you as soon as possible to see if you wish to continue with the agreement.

 

Prices and Payment
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Switch. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

 

Disclaimer
Goods purchased from Independence Mobility are at the request of the purchaser. We are unable to offer advice as to their suitability for individuals. The information we offer is for guidance purposes only.

If you have any doubts at all as to the suitability of any specific product for your own use, we recommend that, prior to purchase, the opinion of a qualified Occupational Therapist is sought.

Independence Mobility do not supply any unauthorised imports. All our products are brand new and come directly from the official factory appointed UK importers/manufacturers.

 

Liability
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. 

We shall also have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
