BREAKING BOUNDARIES - LEEDS POWERCHAIR FC, CHAMPIONS OF COMMUNITY SPIRIT

Welcome to the latest feature in our ‘Breaking Boundaries’ series - a series designed to inspire, educate, and push the boundaries for those living with disabilities.

This time, we were lucky enough to visit the inspiring team at Leeds Powerchair Football Club. Not only does the club provide its members with the thrill of an inclusive, disability-friendly sport, but the overwhelming community spirit and friendship has truly transformed the lives of its dedicated players.

It was a incredibly inspirational day to be able to watch all the different age groups, genders, and abilities mixing and competing in a sport they love. And it was a privilege to meet all the wonderful members and hear about their experiences. 

And the one regret they all had, is not knowing that the game existed sooner!
