Healthcare Equipment Assessments

Ensuring that clients receive the very best equipment for their individual needs, we offer free assessments for the majority of our products including specialist seating and wheelchairs. Our team of skilled and knowledgeable mobility equipment specialists are available to assist with client assessments and offer impartial advice on the best products for their individual needs. After an assessment, our quotation, ordering and delivery processes are simple and efficient, with after-sales support continuing all the way.

	1. ARRANGING AN ASSESSMENT Simply call us on 0113 262 8000 or email enquiries@independencemobility.co.uk to book an appointment. We are happy to accompany OT’s or Physios on appointments or we will attend on your behalf.
	2. DURING THE ASSESSMENT We take our time to observe the client with the equipment they currently use and take details and measurements. We will bring along some sample equipment for the client to try.
	3. PROPOSAL AND COST QUOTATION Within 48 hours of the assessment, we will email a detailed quotation for the equipment that we recommend for the client.
	4. PLACING AN ORDER To go ahead with the order, simply sign the quotation and fax/email it back to us as soon as possible. We will advise you of estimated delivery times.
	5. DELIVERING THE EQUIPMENT When the order is ready, we will get in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. During the delivery, we will ensure the equipment is setup and configured correctly for the client.
	6. AFTER-SALES SUPPORT Should the client have any queries or problems with their equipment after the delivery, they can get in touch and our knowledgeable team will help.
