These supports provide control for the whole foot which allows the rider to push on the pedals more confidently. The straps are fitted with quick adjust cam bucles which can be loosened easily if required. When these straps are fastened they should be in an X pattern as this gives better support. The addition of the Pulley System to the Foot sandals helps to assist the rider in maintaining the pedals in a level position when turning through the full 360 degree pedalling rotation. This support is ideal for children who normally wear Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) when walking, standing or sitting and do not want to use their AFO splints when cycling. |
