Makes Caring Easier: The Solo Safeside can be raised up to waist level which makes it easier to facilitate on-bed care, and provides carers with a more comfortable working height. Raising the bed up to its highest position also allows for unrestricted hoist access. Ultra-Low Floor Height: The Solo Safeside can be lowered to just 11cm from the ground to create a safe sleeping height. The incredibly low height combined with the mesh side rails gives complete peace of mind you/ your loved one are safe from bed falls. Protective Mesh Rails: The mesh side rails provide a soft and safe solution to protect users from falling out of bed. The rails are complete with vision panels, designed to allow users to see out of the bed when the rails are fully up. Helps With Circulation: The Solo Safeside has an Anti-Trendelenburg/ tilt position which helps with respiration and circulation problems. The bed positions itself so your head is higher than your legs and helps to provide proper postural support. Unrestricted Hoist Access: Unrestricted Hoist Access The bed has unrestricted clearance under the bed. This makes it much easier for carers to operate hoists when they are delivering care from the bed. User-Friendly Handset: All features of the Solo SafeSide are controlled by the wired handset. The buttons are also backlit which makes them easy to use, particularly at night. |
